Dr. Hughes is nothing less than exceptional. Her methods and manner are exquisite and I always leave her mat feeling reborn and completely rejuvenated. Her approach is so simple and effective. I never book for anything less than 90 minutes and my body just feels like its put back together with perfection every single time! I cannot recommend her highly enough.
